The Sozo Collectiv

TM

Root. Rise. Reimagine.

Let's build something that makes sense and lasts a long-time.

Some things are built
to last — and they start
with the right room.

You were given a vision bigger than one program, one budget cycle, one season of work. The health of your community won't shift because of one brilliant leader working alone. It shifts because people who understand the ground find each other — and build something that holds.

Sozo Collectiv is a membership community for nonprofit leaders, community health lraders, and church outreach leaders who are ready to stop solving the same problems in isolation. Monthly virtual calls where we share research, pool strategy, surface funding, and collectively design the community health systems our people deserve.

What you bring to this room matters.
What you build together will outlast every one of us.

The Sozo Communuity Health Institute Professional Learning Tracks

The Sozo Collectiv Community Health Institute bridges that gap by equipping community leaders  for community health ecosystem redesign through practice, curriculum and transformation rooted in the Sozo Framework.

“In order for us as a people to become a part of a society that is meaningful, the system under which we now exist has to be radically changed. It means facing a system that does not lend itself to your needs,  and devising means by which you can change that system. That is easier said than done.”
